Public procurement legislation now sets out procedures and practices which are to be followed by Central and Local Government, other public bodies and the Utilities operating in the water, energy, transport and telecommunications sectors.

LSI can assist their clients in identifying whether their contracts will exceed the published monetary thresholds and therefore become subject to public sector legislation. We are then able to assist in the completion and publication of the various notices required for the Official Journal of the European Communities (OJEC).

Finally we can analyse the bids that result from the tender procedure and present our recommendations to our client.
